Elevated high on the hillside accessed through an ancient Roman track, the uninhabited views stretch across São Mamede Natural Park to Extremadura, Spain.

This beautiful off grid cottage is fully kitted with its own solar panels and a wind turbine for electricity. The bedroom holds one king size bed, a wood burning stove and two single beds in a mezzanine - ideal for kids. The kitchen has a gas hob for the summer and a wood fired range for winter cooking. Our spring water is available on tap and for showering.

 

The compost toilet and outdoor solar shower have incredible views over the natural park.
